How We Work
Our Approach
We start by understanding the need, the intended audience and the delivery context. We then define clear activities and responsibilities, work with relevant stakeholders, monitor progress and use feedback to improve delivery. Where appropriate, we also support documentation, handover and future development so that useful learning continues beyond the immediate project.
